North lakes - Pathway Wiring Condition

We provide comprehensive electrical inspection, testing & documentation services to accurately assess existing electrical infrastructure. Our services include site inspections, switchboard and circuit mapping, cable route verification, dilapidation reporting, photographic records, and detailed electrical layout drawings. We deliver clear, accurate documentation to support maintenance, planning, upgrades, and future works.

wOODFORD POOL lOAD aSSESSMENT

Undertake an electrical capacity and infrastructure assessment of the existing switchboards and supply network to determine the suitability for a proposed heat pump installation, including spare capacity analysis, constraints identification, and reporting.

dECEPTION bAY lIGHTING

Preparation of a site dilapidation report, including onsite testing & verification to review the adequacy of the existing electrical services, switchboard, cable route, and accessories associated with the public space. Preparation of layout drawings, detailing as accurately as possible cable routes, specifications, and single line diagram of the circuit operation & protection.
